15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First time ordering from PrimoChalk™? No worries…

We are so confident in our grip performance chalk that we provide a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time users! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund the purchase price and cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns for Repeat Customers & Wholesale Orders

If this isn’t your first purchase or is a wholesale order, you are still welcome to return eligible items purchased directly from Primo Chalk within 15 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and wholesale orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.

All returns must receive prior return authorization before being shipped back to us. To begin the return process, please complete the form below.
