So, I indulged in some SEAL Fit (sealfit.com) the other day. A major portion of the WOD was weighted pull ups, and ring pull ups. I managed a 3Rep Max of 55.5lbs for the strict weighted p-ups, dropped that to 53lb and knocked out 15 more. Then 100 ring pull-ups, then a 2K row in 6:45. I had NO BLISTERS OR TEARS. HOO-YAH!!!!!!!!!
