I am an amateur athlete getting ready to start my second season in the Highland games. 4 years ago I was over weight and depressed. I decided to make a change and take control of my life. I found weight training and made it more than a habit. After years of lifting I stumbled upon Highland games. This was the perfect outlet for all the training I had been doing. After my first season in the games I managed to move from the C class to competing in the A class.
